Before dispatch
Each print is confirmed with the artist before dispatch. If an edition has sold out, we will refund you in full.
South African delivery
Courier delivery within South Africa costs R150 per order. Delivery time: [CONFIRM __ to __ working days after artist confirmation]. Free collection

International shipping

Packaging

Damaged or incorrect prints
Please report damage or an incorrect item within 7 days of receipt to info.makwandeartprints@gmail.com. Include the order number, a description and photographs of the print, packaging and delivery label. Do not dispose of the print or packaging until we have explained the next step. The seven-day reporting request does not limit statutory rights.
Returns and refunds
Makwande's voluntary returns policy provides refunds for damaged or incorrect items. This does not exclude any return, cancellation or remedy required by South African consumer law. Delivery problems
